Rules for the "WIN $500" Contest

• The promotion will see 1 winner awarded a prize of $500.
• The contest will end on February 29th, 2008 at midnight.
• To become eligible, participants must properly complete the RHI questionnaire or question games that will be online at the site during this period.
• An e-mail address can only be entered once for each game, questionnaire and quiz available during the contest period.
• The RHI will carry out the drawing November 18th 2007 at 10:00 a.m., from among the e-mails received.
• Drawings will be carried out electronically and at random in the presence of two witnesses.
• Each winner will be informed by e-mail within 24 hours of the drawing and will have 48 hours, from that time, to claim his or her prize. If, after this time, the winner has not claimed his or her prize, the RHI will conduct a second drawing, according to the procedure described above. The RHI will repeat this process until the prize is claimed by the winner within 48 hours of being informed.
• Winners will have their names published on the RHI Web site and all contestants who do not win will be informed about the winner's name by e-mail.
